These terms govern your use of the architectural design services provided by Coactivebuildingdesign. By engaging our services, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
Coactivebuildingdesign offers collaborative architectural design services focused on functionality and sustainability. Deliverables include conceptual designs, schematic drawings, and project documentation as agreed in the service contract. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
The client agrees to provide accurate site information, project requirements, and timely feedback. Delays in client approvals or missing information may affect project timelines. Coactivebuildingdesign is not liable for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate client-provided data.
All design materials, drawings, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Coactivebuildingdesign until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client receives a license to use the designs for the intended project. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Coactivebuildingdesign's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not responsible for indirect damages, including but not limited to construction delays, cost overruns, or third-party claims. Our designs are based on provided data and applicable standards at the time of creation.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. No refunds are provided for services already rendered.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
